The city of Nijmegen comes to life in a special way in N.E.C’s new third jersey. The shirt features iconic elements such as the double-headed eagle and the famous columns from the Barbarossa ruins in the Valkhof, all referring to Nijmegen’s rich history.

The front of the shirt features the Nijmegen pillars, along with the two-headed eagle from the N.E.C. logo and the city’s coat of arms. The neck features ‘The Face of Nijmegen’, an artwork designed by Andreas Hetfeld, who was also closely involved in the development of this unique shirt.

The shirt collar bears the Latin motto ‘Iterum ad proelium’, meaning ‘Again we go to war’. The past also comes alive on the stockings with N.E.C.’s founding year, MCM, in Roman numerals.

YouFocus is proud to provide the back numbers for this new jersey and contribute to a beautiful piece of history. Together behind the team, every step, every goal. 💪🏽🔴⚫️
